Tooling
Proper tooling is key. We source our tooling from high quality suppliers, resulting in perfect fit and finish. It is possible to match any existing molding large or small.
Glue
Glue choice is extremely important. We use a wide range of quality glues to accommodate the intricacies of each project. From waterproof glue to glues specifically for veneering and laminating, they are sure to last a lifetime.
Construction
Construction methods make all the difference in the longevity of a product. It's not uncommon to see doors and windows from the late 1800's still in fine shape today.
In today's get rich quick market, quality is often sacrificed for production speed. Thus, it is common to see dowels and screws used in place of traditional joinery.

The difference can be seen below. That is a 3" mortise and tenon joint. The interlocking parts will stay together, almost entirely, without even applying glue. (Glue is still used of course).
